Most rooms manufacture contact.Very few produce connection.I build the second kind.
I grew up in Ningbo. I studied thermal energy and power engineering in Nanjing, then robotics and AI in Germany. In June 2026 I left my job to build Entrohub full time.
I write about Germany, organizations, AI, and the parts of a person that never show up on a resume. Some of it lands badly. That is usually the sign it was worth writing.

Building
Entrohub
Entrohub is a community of immigrant builders in Berlin and Munich. Founders, operators, engineers. People who made a real trade to be here.
No pitching. No name-card exchange. No forced icebreakers. The room is built so nobody has to perform, and then it does the rest.
Everyone who built a life in a foreign country left something behind to do it. That is not a sacrifice story. It is a selection filter.
Writing
Two Kinds of Pain
9 Jul 2026A job's pain is knowing it's meaningless. A job's numbness is not even knowing.
The Load-Bearing Wall
2 Jul 2026Germany works if you optimize for safety. If you have ambition, the system is quietly punishing you.
Problem-Finders Are Becoming Rare
1 Jul 2026AI can solve anything inside the frame you give it. It cannot tell you the frame is wrong.
Opacity Was the Whole Point
25 Jun 2026German bureaucracy's moat was never complexity. AI didn't simplify the system. It made me not need to understand it.
Empathy Is Not Knowledge
24 Jun 2026You can't teach it. You can only find the people who already paid for it.
